Investigation of Factors Affecting Per Capita Expenditure of Water and Sewerage Administrations in Turkey

The per capita expenditure of water and sewerage administrations (WSA) is an important indicator the performance characteristics WSAs. In this context, effects different parameters on WSAs were examined. Investigated selected as service time, region, population, metropolitan municipality (MM) budget. There are 30 investigated within scope study. According to results obtained, with higher time MM budgets have expenditures. Moreover, according evaluation based it has been determined that Southeast Anatolia region lowest average WSA expenditure, while Marmara had highest. A positive correlation detected between population expenditures well.
